Greenfolders has helped us create efficiencies within our workflow meaning we could handle more volume with less staff. It has improved our customer service because we have all documents at our fingertips at all times, we do not have to look for paper files, we also do not need the physical space to store paper files. It has greatly reduced the amount of paper we use in our offices as well as help us be more secure. During the pandemic, when 70% of our staff worked from home, it allowed our staff to fully function offsite because they could see every document associated with a transaction. It also means that multiple people can work on the same file at once, since we are not passing around an actual paper file.
